Can minocycline hydrochloride twice a day 100g every 12 hours treat chlamydia?

Doctor give me 7 days of Azithromycin by IV and then minocycline hydrochloride twice a day 100g every 12 hours treat chlamydia? for 14 days. I do not feel better after 10 days of treatment still little burning sensation. I am starting to lose confident in the doctor since Azithromycin 1 g orally in a single dose according to FDA should of done the job or even Doxycycline 100 mg orally twice a day for 7 days Plz help! The country were i am living now are all private hospital they probably want to make money out of me.
