How do I overcome playing in front of my wind ensemble?

For our final in band everyone has to play either a solo, duet, trio or quartet . I am either doing a solor or duet but for the past month i have been worrying about this! I dont know what to do i just get so scared to get up in front of everyone. Its for a week but im still freaking out! please help!
