College Question I'm a Sopre?

I'm a sopre and would like to know when and how should i start visiting colleges I want to go to. I would also like to know from those who went to college was it hard getting enrolled in a college. Also when you are in college how do you tryout for a sport because I'm interested in baseball. Also is columbian university a good college and is the NYIT a good college campus too?
