Why do white women yearn full lips & voluptuous s? Is it the desire to be exotic, a.k.a."black woman"?

What is exotic? It's full lips, voluptuous s, brown skin, high cheek bones, etc... This describes the natural essence of the black woman but are all the body parts that non-black celebs use to enhance their fame. For example, Actress Angeline Jolie is most popular for her natural full lips in which Americans glorify. However, it's very much prevalent in the black community. Kim Kardashian's voluptuous gave her fame- very much prevalent in the black community! Could this be the reason for their success; Angelina Jolie & Kim Kardashian all possess features that represent the "black woman". Please answer this, why is that white women feel more attractive when they go tanning? Are they trying to resemble the "black woman"?
