What's wrong with this yugioh deck?

Kevin, you are a ******* moron who's never seen a banlist. Call of the Haunted is NOT banned, it's limited. Starlight road is NOT limited, it is UNLIMITED. As for the deck itself, it's terrible and random and you wont be winning anything with it. Don't run 2 Starlight Road, it's useless because of the fact that Heavy Storm is banned,
