Any good ideas on how to score some SB tickets?

My brother is a Marine stationed in CA deploying to Iraq (3rd time) in mid Feb. He has a house in PHX about 10 miles from the stadium, and I was wanting to get some SB tickets for him. Sadly I am not rich (5k for a ticket??) and was wanting to know if any of the Y!A football community knew of any promotions or giveaways or anything that could help me out.
