CONFUSED!,,,,help?

so theres this boy that i used to go out with and we brokeup then started likin each other again then stopped but anyways idk if he likes because one of my bffs(his sister) told me he said he only liked me as a friend but when i was jus talkin to her on the phone he keeps makin noises n messin with her and gettin on the phone and wanting to talk to me. he also keeps makin these funni noises n changing his voice to make me laugh. He keeps wantin to kno if im going skatin n amy(his sister) says that he talks alot about me lately but he says otherwise....help?
