Do you make personal remarks when someone asks a stupid/pointless/self indulgent question?

I try to stay away from those questions because I know I'll be tempted. If they're good-looking I might say so, if they want to know if they can be a model I'm more likely to add in a snide remark. It's pretty alarming when you think about it, the number of people wanting to know if they're pregnant. And they always get the same answer... just in varying degrees of rudeness. It's hard, you're right, not to in and tell them in no uncertain terms just what you think of them. Sigh...
