Does secondhand marijuana smoke get in your system?

Okay so I'm 17 years old, never smoked weed before, don't plan to. Well, yesterday (Tuesday) I had went to Kings Island with my sister, her friend and their boyfriends. They were all smoking weed and I was right next to my sister when she lit it and puffed on it, the smoke went right in my face. The car was ventilated and my window was half way down. I just want to know if that would show up in a drug test because I want to make an appointment with a recruiter and I know if they send me to MEPS, they do a urine and blood test. So would it show up, or would I need to hold off on calling a recruiter and if I'd need to wait, how long? Thanks, your help is much appreciated.
