How do I convert Lightroom DVD files to a usable format once downloaded?

How can I get the files I downloaded from filefactory.com in to a usable DVD format? I recently downloaded the Adobe Photoshop Lightroom for Digital Photographers DVD from filefactory after been directed there from this site: http://www.freshwap.net/others/others/photoshopcafe-adobe-photoshop-lightroom-for-digital-photographers-dvd-200802024328/ . I have download an rar file extractor but I am still not able to get to a workable format. The extractor is called 7-Zip File Manager. Any help is appreciated, and thanks ahead of time.
