Need answers before tomorrow..?

oki've been going to a dermitologist for acne and she put me on accutane and i have to be on birth control while taking it.The birth control i called Loestrin 24 Fe. I have gained like 16 pounds on it..i've never been heavy but dangg. I don't feel like its fat i feel like its bloating and water weight, I go back to the derm tomorrow so should i tell her i've been gaining weight on it? can she give me something to make the weight go away?
