Obama's foreign policy test! Is he up to it?

time will tell. i'm not impressed so far. the sooner he learns you must deal with these people from a position of strength rather than weakness the better off he and we will be. he scolded n. korea for firing a rocket and they responded by setting off a nuke, we went to the u.n. for sanctions and he cancelled the 1953 armistice and tested more rockets. if they do in fact test a rocket july 4th toward hawaii, will obama refer to it as them honoring our 4th of july with a fireworks display?
