Performing an amateur Agatha Christie production?

Okay, so I want to do this production of Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None, I realize that only Bill Kenwright Ltd and Agatha Christie Ltd hold the exclusive UK licenses for professional performances but this would count as an amateur production. Do I need to get special permission or could we just go ahead with the show without any special performance license etc considering it is a private show?
