Anti aging TV bra for actress'?

Is it true that channels like Disney and Nickelodeon use constricting bras on their female stars to keep them looking young? Its kind of hard to play a 13 year old girl for 4 years when in season 4 your still 13 and you have a pair of double D's. I think this because I see pictures of iCarly stars when they are not on set and they suddenly gain a cup size.
