I'm selling one of my horses...?

And it's a Foxtrotter and gorgeous! I'm selling her for 5000, and people are saying that's too much. But gaited horses tend to go for more since they gait and are perfect for trails. She is broke and has GREAT stamina, so should I lower it? Or wait for the right person to come and realize she's worth it? And if anyone is looking for one, she's great! :) Come and look at her! :)
