Those of you who have bought any Shiva Rea's audio books on iTunes......?

Please, I want to buy Shiva Rea's audio books "Yoga Wave" and "Yoga Sanctuary" on iTunes, but I'm afraid that I won't know how to do the postures. Does a booklet that will illustrate the postures come with the iTunes audio books?
